 Nathan John Feuerstein is an American rapper. Two EPs have been released, I'm FREE (2012) [3and self-titled EP released from Capitol CMG in 2014. Mansion was his debut major label album, came out in March of 2015. The second studio album, Therapy Session (April 22 and 23, 2016) reached the top spot at 12 on the US Billboard 200. The albums have garnered numerous distinctions, which include the Gospel Music Association Dove Award for Rap/Hip Hop Album of the Year (Therapy Session).NF gained mainstream recognition in 2017 with the release of Perception. the album peaked at the top of the charts in the United States and was certified platinum. Its third single, "Let You Down" was ranked at number 12 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 was a world-wide top-10 single. Feuerstein achieved the same commercial success when he released his follow-up The Search (2019). Feuerstein said that rap was for him an escape from his youth. He would record songs on his Karaoke machine. His raps were recorded with one microphone. Feuerstein released his own debut album Moments on November 29, 2010 under his real name. He released his first single, "Alone", on August 2, 2011. Brooke Griffith was the songwriter and the producer of the track. In 2012, the work of Feuerstein was noticed by Xist Music. His debut extended play I'm Free came out on May 2nd in 2012 by Feuerstein, with the production help of Profitt. The playlist included nine songs , including "Alone". The EP also featured an exclusive version of "Alone" which featured Sean Simmonds. Xist teased that NF was coming out however Feuerstein left the label because of a dispute. NF production was postponed. Despite this, NF featured a song, "Only One", featuring Shuree Williams, in the compilation album released by the label Move Vol 1. On November 4 2013 he dropped "Beautiful Addiction" as an album single. Profitt also appeared on the track. The song featured vocals from Danielle Swift and Brady Schmitz.
